Frank Edozie, is currently the Senior Power Consultant at Nigeria Infrastructure Advisory Facility (a UK Department of International Development (DFID) program) since July 2015. from November 2013 to June 2015, Frank was the Senior Special Adviser (Gas) to the Honorable Minister at the Federal Ministry of power, the policy making body of the Federal Government charged with the responsibly of the power sector in the country. Frank was also a member of the team that in 2013 developed the Nigerian 30-years National Integrated Infrastructure Master plan which set out the national blueprint for infrastructure development over the period.
Frank worked with Shell in various capacities over the years and has had variety of assignment in many of Shell's upstream locations around the world. Frank represented Shell in the OLokola Liquefied Natural Gas (OKLNG) Project as the General Manager, Commercial from September 2010 to June 2013. From 2007 to 2010, Frank held varied accountabilities in Acquisition and Divestment organization at Shell and had accountability for the successful divestment of some assets. Prior to that, Frank had the Accountability fro the delivery of information Technology and Telecommunication services for Shell's operations in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Over the past 24 months, Frank has keenly followed developments across the entire Power value chain, with particular interest in gas-to-power and the completion and commissioning of the power plants (being) built under the Nigeria Integrated Power value plant (NIPP) scheme.
With his extensive experience in Oil and Gas operations, Project Management, Information Technology Management, Organization Effectiveness and Change Management, Mergers and Acquisitions, New Business Development, Board Level Management, formulation and deployment of government policy etc., Frank is interested in Senior executive opportunities to bring meaningful change to bear in the oil &gas and energy sectors.
Ifeanyi Ezuka joined Neconde in 2012. He has 17 years experience in the upstream oil and gas industry with various technical and senior positions. His experience spans through leadership, management, commercial, technical and operations aspects of the upstream oil and gas industry. He has led and participated extensively in Subsurface, Field Development and Production Operations activities while serving in various capacities in Schlumberger, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, and Afren Plc.
Ifeanyi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Petroleum Engineering and Master of Science degree Petroleum & Gas Engineering from Federal University of Technology Owerri and University of Salford. His is an Alumnus of Athabasca University Business Faculty. An active SPE member and primary author to over seven SPE technical papers.
Olajide Samson Ishola holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng,) degree from the University of Ilorin and an MBA from the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, both in Nigeria. He started his career with Dunlop Nig. Plc, Ikeja; 1991 and later joined Deux Project Limited executing hospital projects for 3 years. He joined Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) in Warri in 1994 and spent 18 years in various roles from Production Operations & Maintenance, Oil & Gas Facilities Construction & Upgrade, Management of Pipeline projects and business planning including evaluation of commercial viability of oil and gas projects etc. leading teams of up to 400 staff. Olajide joined the Neconde Operations & Engineering team in December 2012. He was seconded as General Manager of Nestoil Warri Operations for 2 years and was appointed Neconde Acting COO in November 2016.
Ugochukwu Omanu joined Neconde Energy Limited in 2013. He has 13 years of experience in financial management, treasury, financial control, financial reporting under IFRS, US GAAP, SOX, accounting & business advisory, taxation, process reviews, due diligence, and internal control design and implementation mainly in the oil and gas industry and in various management positions. His experience also spans through leadership and commercial aspects of the operations of KPMG Professional Services and the upstream oil and gas industry. He has also provided statutory audit & business advisory services to major operators in the Consumer Markets and Power industry
Ugochukwu holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Federal University of Technology Owerri. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Lagos Business School.
