Dr Azudialu-Obiejesi superintended the steady growth of Nestoil into the foremost indigenous Engineering Procurement Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) Company in West Africa. Dr. Azudialu-Obiejesi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Benin. He was awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Business Administration by the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 2009. Dr Ernest Azudialu-Obiejesi is an Honorary Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School.
Tijani Babatunde Folawiyo is a Nigerian businessman. He is the managing director of Yinka Folawiyo Group. Yinka Folawiyo Group, an organisation with interests in energy, agriculture, shipping, and real estate. He also serves as Director of MTN Nigeria Ltd, Executive Director of Yinka Folawiyo Group of Companies.Tunde also founded Folawiyo Energy Ltd, a subsidiary of the Yinka Folawiyo Group of Companies. He was previously a non-executive director of Access Bank plc (formerly Access Bank Nigeria) from 11 October 2005 to January 29, 2014.
Tunde Folawiyo was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1985, where he started his law practice in Nigeria with the firm Ogunsanya, but resigned from law in 1989. Since 1996, Tunde has also served as the Vice President of Nigeria Association of Indigenous Petroleum Explorers & Productions (NAIPEC). He is currently the Chairman of Enyo Retail, A Nigerian downstream Oil and Gas Company, and Chairman of Coronation Merchant Bank; an investment banking firm in Nigeria.
Tunde Folawiyo is an alumnus of the London School of Economics, where he obtained a B.Sc degree in Economics in 1980, and an LL.B in 1984. He obtained an LL.M degree from the University College London in June 1985. Mr Folawiyo was appointed Director of Neconde Energy Limited in June 2011.
Aknitola Debayo-Doherty was appointed Director of Neconde Energy Limited in June 2011. He is the founding Managing Partner of Hammatan Ventures L.L.C., an international telecommunications and financial advisory consultancy based in Vienna, VA, U.S.A., with branch offices in London, U.K and Lagos, Nigeria. Hammatan has 5 principals and over 50 associates. Hammatan currently provides management consulting services to global operators such as NTT Communications, Japan; Comcast Corporation, USA; Neuf Telecom, France; MTN Group, South Africa; and Telefonica, Latin America.
Mr. Debayo-Doherty started his career at Sprint Communications in 1986. His career spans notable organisations like GE, Johnson and Johnson, BMW, Hershey Foods and Cable & Wireless USA. Mr. Debayo-Doherty is a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Trustees at The Langley School located in McLean, Virginia, USA.
Ubaka Emelumadu is currently an Energy Consultant specializing in Gas since June, 2016. Before then, he was a General Manager and Vice President Gas, Shell Sub- Sahara Africa/Shell Nigeria at different times between 2008 and 2015, responsible for upstream and midstream gas commercial activities as well as for the downstream company Shell Nigeria Gas (SNG).
A competent and seasoned professional with over 35 years experience in the oil industry with varied corporate leadership experience – 8 years as an executive director of the Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Ltd (SPDC), past chairman of the Board of Shell Nigeria Gas (SNG), Board member of World Bank Rivers State Community Foundation and past Oil Producers Trade Section (OPTS) Executive Director and representative on the Board of Nigeria Extractive Industry Transparency Initiative (NEITI). Alumnus of Wharton Business School. Mr. Ubaka Emelumadu was appointed Director of Neconde Energy Limited in June 2017.
Wolfgang Goetsch has served as Managing Director, Executive Director of Julius Berger Nigeria Plc since July 23, 2016. Wolfgang also served as Non-Executive Director of the Company between July 1, 2014 and July 23, 2016. He is Member of The Nigerian Society of Engineers and The Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria. He joined Julius Berger in 1991. He holds a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Universitaet Innsbruck, Innsbruck, Austria. He is a Member of the Board of Julius Berger Investments Limited as well as the Executive Management of Julius Berger International GmbH, Wiesbaden, Germany. Wolfgang Goetsch became a Director of Neconde Energy Limited in June 2019.
Apollos Ikpobe is a business minded professional with over twenty-five (25) years of experience in Accounting, Taxation, Credit Administration, General Management and Audit. He holds a Master’s degree in Banking & Finance from the University of Lagos.
Apollos joined Ernst & Young & Company (Chartered Accountants) as an Audit Senior/Consultant in 1988. He was the Branch Manager at Zenith Bank in 1996 where he rose through the ranks to become an Executive Director in 2005 up until he left to join United Bank for Africa in 2013 as the Deputy Managing Director.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria (ICA) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). Mr Apollos Ikpobe became a Director in Neconde Energy Limited in June 2019
Yemi Oshodi is a finance and technology professional with over 30 years of high-level financial industry experience in risk arbitrage and risk management garnered at major global institutions in New York. He was previously the Managing Director of M&A / Special Situations at Vertical Group LLC, at WallachBeth Capital, LLC and at the Equity Division Tullett Prebon plc. Mr. Yemi Oshodi was a customer to most global financial institutions from JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, Wells Fargo, BNP Paribas, Nomura, Bank of Montreal and Royal Bank of Canada.
Yemi Oshodi is a certified Financial Risk Manager from New York University. He also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Hofstra University, Long Island, New York. Mr. Oshodi is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Information Connectivity Solutions Limited (ICSL), a provider of premium broadband network infrastructure and connectivity solutions across Africa. He is also a cofounder of LTM Consulting, a technology firm in New York City that has developed and implemented IT systems for firms such as JP Morgan Chase and Canon incorporated. He was appointed as an Alternate Director in June 2019.
